The Garden Barn is a light spacious hideaway for two people to relax and enjoy North Norfolk. This charming detached brick and flint barn is nestled beside Green Farm House with views of the garden and living roofs that cover a number of garden buildings.

Entering through the large windowed door, you are greeted by an open plan living area with two sofas and character features such as exposed beams and wood burner.

Cosy and warm atmosphere

A TV and DVD are provided, complete with an assortment of DVDs and books .There is a dining area and slate underfloor heating .

A step down from the living area are both the bathroom and hand-built kitchen. The Duck Egg blue kitchen is finished to a high standard with all general appliances. The back door leading out on to your own private seating area is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

Wonderfully welcoming

The fresh and bright bathroom provides all you need with wc and basin and a large bath and stand up shower. Following up the carpeted stairs is the bedroom tucked under the eaves, a wonderfully welcoming gallery space with a king sized bed (single bed also available by arrangement) and luxury cotton sheets.

There are a selection of green roof buildings in the garden, one housing the log supply and additional freezer space for your use if required.

Please note there is limited parking, no vans or motor homes.
